Request for annual City Manager Reviews as REQUIRED by the Lake Dallas City Charter. Current City Manager was hired Sept. 1, 2021 so the Charter requires a Performance Review of the City Manager no later than Aug. 31, 2022.

Lake Dallas City Charter

Section 4.01.04. - Performance Reviews.

The city council shall conduct a performance review of the city manager annually, or more frequently as necessary. The city manager shall conduct a performance review of all department administrators annually, or more frequently as necessary. Performance reviews are to be recorded in writing, presented to the city council, and copies placed in personnel files.
